The service is not available in Ontario. Each player is responsible for checking that online gambling is legal where they live. Using a VPN, proxy or any tool that hides your real location is prohibited, and so is depositing with a payment method that is not registered in your own name.

The terms allow one account for each household, IP address and computer. Duplicate accounts can be blocked or closed, bets on them voided and bonuses or winnings from them reclaimed. If you need a fresh account, write to support@ampm.casino: the new one is opened and the old one is closed.

An account cannot be shared, sold or handed to another person. If the name on a card used for a deposit does not match the account holder, all linked accounts can be blocked.

AMPM Casino verifies players before any withdrawal and can do so at any point in the relationship. Expect to upload:

• a photo ID (passport, driver’s licence or ID card);
• a selfie holding that ID;
• a bank statement or utility bill not older than 3 months.

Files go through the profile in jpg, jpeg or png format, up to 10 MB each. The check usually takes up to 24 hours, or up to 72 hours over weekends and holidays. To request a payout, the profile must be complete and the phone number confirmed. An account that does not pass verification within 7 days is suspended until the check is finished.

Unless an offer says otherwise, bonus funds carry a x45 wagering requirement. Only one bonus can be active at a time. Winnings from a percentage bonus or free spins are capped at 20 times the deposit.

After 12 months with no logins or bets, an account in credit is charged a monthly inactivity fee. To close an account, send a request from your registered email address. A self-exclusion request with the word SELF-EXCLUDE takes effect within 24 hours. The operator can suspend or close an account that breaks the terms.

If the final answer does not settle a money dispute, the case can go once to the independent ADR provider EGIS. The terms are governed by the law of Curaçao, and the English version prevails over translations. When the T&C change, players can stop using the service before the update takes effect, at least two weeks after it is announced.
